Details of Production Line:
1) Flour mixer: add corn flour or corn dregs to nutritional additives and a certain proportion of water and mix evenly.
2) Extruder: The raw material in the feeding hopper enters the extrusion system to produce small spherical particles.
3) Vibrating sieve: to disperse the particles and avoid overlapping and pressing together after entering the tablet press.
4) Multi-layer oven: Most of the ovens are electric ovens. The temperature is adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed to remove moisture.
